This is a family friendly event with plenty of activities to enjoy but may be more suited to children between the ages of 2 and 11 as well as the young at heart of course!

––––––––––––

Is There Food and Drink?
Yes! There will be street food served from our kitchen alongside a hog roast. All with produce from our very own Penllyn Estate Farm. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options will be available, if you have any additional, special dietry requirements, please let our team know before arriving.

You can order all food and drink from the bar; a token will be provided for a hog roast which you can take out to the lawn where it will be served from. For other food items, a buzzer will be provided and you can collect from the kitchen when called.

––––––––––––

What Time Should I Arrive?
Please see above for a detailed schedule. The storytelling performance in the yurt will run throughout the day at 30 minute intervals (2 sessions per hour). Please make your way directly to the yurt situated on the lawn where you will be greeted and seated for the performance. ––––––––––––

How Long is the Easter Trail Hunt?
The 2km walk itself on average takes around 40-60 minutes with plenty of clues to discover to keep the little one’s engaged. We advise you bring wellies for this walk in particular. Unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible or buggy friendly.

What Time Does This Finish?
The event and activities will be running until 3pm each day with restaurant open until 4pm and the shop open until 4.30pm. Please see schedule above for specific restaurant opening times.

––––––––––––

Do I Need to Wear a Face Mask?
We will be following the Welsh government guidelines at the time of the event.

––––––––––––

What Should I Wear?
Please wrap up warmly and bring you brollies if it’s raining as most of the activities are outdoors. The ground may be uneven or muddy underfoot so we advise wearing your welly boots!

––––––––––––

Is the event wheelchair accessible?
This experience is wheelchair accessible, if you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact us via – info@foragefarmshop.co.uk. Unfortunately the Easter egg trail is not wheelchair accessible or buggy friendly.

––––––––––––

Can we bring buggies and pushchairs?
It is no problem to bring buggies and pushchairs although you will not be able to bring them inside the storytelling performance space due to lack of space. Unfortunately the Easter egg trail is not wheelchair accessible or buggy friendly.

––––––––––––

Can I bring my dog?
Our furry friends are welcome but will not be allowed indoors. Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead at all times, especially with our lambs around and are never left unattended.
