What is included in my ticket?
Entry to the music festival where you’ll experience 5 live cover bands playing some all-time favourite tunes! Parking is free and you will have access to food, fun and games (at additional cost)!
What is your cancellation policy?
We’re afraid that we are unable to refund or transfer tickets bought for this event.
Can I swap my ticket for another date or time?
We’re afraid due to the nature and demand of the event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
What if it rains?
Bring your macs, umbrellas, and great British spirit! Only in the event of a yellow weather warning will the event will be postponed to another date in the future. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
What to bring?
Please wrap up warm for when night falls and a torch to help find your way to your car will be useful. This is an outdoor event so please wear appropriate footwear as the ground can be uneven underfoot and do feel free to bring your own camping chairs and blankets!
What food and drink will there be?
A Hog Roast, Lamb Roast and Burgers will be available at the event with Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. If you have any additional, special dietry requirements, please let our team know before arriving. There will also be a selection of alcoholic, soft and hot drinks and Fablas Ice cream will also be serving their delicious treats!
Can I bring my own food and drink?
It is not permissible to bring your own food and drink to this event. The event management reserve the right to search the bags of persons who are believed to be carrying food or drink into the event. Refusal to allow a bag search may result in non admittance to the event. With all the delicious food and drink options available you will not go home hungry!
Is the event child-friendly?
Children are welcome but all attendees under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. They are sure to enjoy many
of the activities we have planned. Children aged 5 and under are free.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 3pm. Live music starts at 4pm. The farm shop and restaurant will close a little early on this day to prepare.
What time does the event finish?
The festival will end at 11pm.
Do I need ID?
We will be practising the “Challenge 25 Policy” and you maybe asked to show formal identification.
Can I camp?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any camping facilities.

Can we bring buggies and pushchairs?
It is no problem to bring buggies and pushchairs.
Can I bring my dog?
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate dogs at this event due to loud music and people who might be eating at floor level.
Do I Need to Wear a Face Mask?
We will be following the Welsh government Covid-19 guidelines at the time of the event. The event is all outdoors.
Overnight parking will be available free of charge on the yard at Penllyn Estate Farm (see map). Please collect your vehicle by 12pm on Sunday 26th.
Parking in the Forage car park is reserved for disabled customers.
Please do not leave your car parked overnight in the Forage car park as this will be reserved for our customers the following day. A taxi drop off and collection point from the Forage car park will be available.
how to find us
The access road to Forage Farm Shop and Kitchen is via the new roundabout on the A48.
Travelling Westbound on A48
Coming Westbound from Cardiff on the A48 it is the third exit (sign posted Penllyn Estate) off the first roundabout after the Cowbridge turning.
Enter Penllyn Estate and drive down the private road; Forage is about 600m on your left.
Travelling Eastbound on A48
Coming Eastbound from Bridgend on the A48 it is the first exit (sign posted Penllyn Estate) off the roundabout just before Cowbridge. Enter Penllyn Estate and drive down the private road; Forage is about 600m on your left. Please make your way via the side gate and follow the signage.
Please ensure that children are supervised at all times.
Visitors are requested not to attend the event if they or anyone in their party or household are experiencing any COVID related symptoms or have had a positive COVID test within the last 10 days. COVID symptoms include loss of taste and smell, a high temperature and a new continuous cough.
